LANNY POLLET is on the faculty of the School of Music
, University of Victoria in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. He teaches flute and theory and
performs regularly in recital and as a freelancer. Mr. Pollet has an active interest in choral and solo
singing. He assists his wife, Francis Pollet (organist and music director) in her church choir and with her
chamber choir, the Linden Singers, as well as
performing from time to time as a soloist. His publications include transcriptions for woodwind ensembles.
His CD, Poetic License, (transcriptions of music by Debussy, Mozart, Handel and Brahms for flute and piano),
is on the Titanic Records label, Ti-216.
