See them settling down on the birch trees.
Tiri, chiri, they are singing,
Calling us to the fields.
And the forests are alive,
Tractors working in the fields.
Oh, here come the starlings!
Yes, the starlings, they are returning!
Ever greener the wheat!
Hear our girls sing songs:
Tiri, chiri, they are singing,
Calling us to the fields.
Now the starlings are here,
The starlings again have returned
And have called us to work!
